30-Day Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions within 2 business days.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
